I’m Josh Carbone. I was born and raised in Biddeford, Maine, where I attended local schools and played sports throughout my childhood. My journey into entrepreneurship began during high school when I started working at West Point Pepperell Mill, making blankets. After the birth of my daughter, Arianna, I realized that as a single dad, I needed to take control of my future and build a successful business.

For 12 years, I worked at West Point while also starting a lawn care business on nights and weekends, using my SUV to get the job done. Over time, my lawn care business grew and became my full-time focus.

Today, we are a full-service hardscape and landscape company proudly serving Southern Maine, including York and Cumberland Counties. With a fleet of trucks and equipment, we are equipped to handle all of your landscaping needs with professionalism and efficiency. Our company has been built on the values of Quality, Honesty, and Integrity since 2001.

We operate year-round, offering services ranging from spring yard cleanups to creating your dream yard in the summer, fall cleanups, and snow plowing in the winter. Additionally, we provide asphalt sealcoating through A-1 Sealcoating. No landscaping or hardscaping project is too big or small for us, and we complete every job with the same attention to detail and care as if it were our own yard.
